    ImaginAction is a project created by child development researchers at Stanford Medicine led by Dr. Jody Thomas, a clinical health psychologist and expert in pain and hypnosis. ImaginAction has a variety of videos for children and adolescents to help them feel more in control, less stressed, and better rested.

  • Voice4Comfort

    Voice4Comfort provides free audio exercises with guided imagery for both adults and children to help manage feelings of stress and anxiety. The site was created by a team of Dutch healthcare professionals: two medical doctors, a nurse specialist, a psychologist and a medical (hypno)therapist. The exercises are available in Ukrainian and English.

    This website, created by Dr. David Wark, uses 49 words to help children and adolescents feel less stressed. The site has a few mindfulness exercises and an audio recording to help focus on breaking stressful patterns and feeling more calm and at ease.
